What you can expect from us, every visit

We have written down exactly what good care should look like here, so you can hold us to it.

These are the seven things we commit to. They apply at every appointment, to every person who walks in, whether it is your first visit or your fiftieth.

  1. 1

We treat you like a person

You are not an appointment, a diagnosis, or a claim number. You should feel known here, not processed.

  2. 2

We give you a clear plan

You should leave knowing what we are working on, what happens next, and roughly how long it should take. If you are ever unsure why you are booked in again, ask — we should be able to tell you.

  3. 3

    We work toward meaningful progress

Not just feeling better for an afternoon. If progress stalls, we reassess and tell you honestly rather than carrying on regardless.

  4. 4

We recommend what is best for you

Including when that means fewer visits than you expected, a different service, or simply getting on with things yourself.

  5. 5

    We make the experience easier

Booking, billing, insurance coverage and paperwork explained before they surprise you — not after.

  6. 6

We respect your time and keep your care joined up

We run to time where we can. If your clinician changes, we tell you, and we hand over properly so you are not repeating your story.

  7. 7

We create a welcoming environment and keep improving

Clean, professional and comfortable — and open to being told when it is not.

Why we have written this down

A commitment that lives in someone’s head is not a commitment. Putting it on a page means you know what good care here should look like, and you can say something when it does not match.

It also keeps us honest with each other. Every person on this team has read the same seven points, and they are the standard we hold ourselves to.

If something is not right

We would genuinely rather hear it from you than not hear it at all. Telling us takes under a minute, and you can send it without your name.

If it is easier to say in person, tell whoever you are seeing, or ask for the clinic manager. Either is fine.
