During your assessment, our physiotherapist will ask you about your medical history, current concerns, and any specific goals you have. They will also perform a brief physical examination to evaluate your condition. This assessment helps us understand your needs and determine the best course of action.

First assessment is designed to provide a preliminary understanding of your condition and recommend the next steps. While it may not be sufficient for a full treatment, it allows our physiotherapist to outline a personalized plan and discuss options with you. If further evaluation or treatment is necessary, we can schedule additional sessions.

It's helpful if you can bring any relevant medical records, imaging reports, or information about your condition. Additionally, wearing comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area of concern can be beneficial during the physical examination.

The assessment can have a few outcomes. Our physiotherapist may determine that your condition can be managed with self-care and provide you with exercises and recommendations. Alternatively, they may recommend further evaluation or treatment, which can be discussed during the assessment. The goal is to guide you on the path to recovery and improved well-being.
