I’ve been receiving physio for bursitis and arthritis in my hip. With treatment twice a week plus individualized exercises at home I’ve regained my ability to walk upright rather than hunched over. Although I still require more treatments, the pain is manageable and sleeping through the night is possible now. I’m on the right track.
My physio is with Taruneet and Jas who know exactly what my body needs and evaluate my progress and treatment constantly. Everyone I’ve come in contact with has been professional, caring, dedicated and efficient (shout out to Patricia on front desk as well).
For me, physio is not a magic pill and requires patience and hard work over time. My expectations going into treatment were low as I had had mobility issues for so long. I don’t mean to be dramatic, but I’m getting my life back!

I can’t say enough good things about my physiotherapists, Taurneet and Jas. They helped me tremendously with both Dupuytren’s contracture and trigger thumb, and the progress I made through therapy was genuinely impressive. I have been seeing Zeel for just over three months now, and I have to say that she is wonderful! I suffered from plantar fasciitis and with her consistent care I now walk around with zero pain! I'm still being treated for other issues I have, but I can say with confidence that have Zeel as my physiotherapist has been great, and fantastic for my health. Very interesting and very helpful, peoples physiotherapist a professional and very natural, Amiable personalities and resourcesfull make me feel comfortable with physio full range of exercises like Pendulum clock wise Codman ,Shoulder isometric external Rotation ,Shoulder isometric internal rotation, wall walk ,upper Trap atretch/ hand behind back and top of head ,lavator scapulae stretch hand behind back and top to head, ultrasound and biofeez massage 💆♀️both my shoulders treated, very co-operative with obeying all the directions orders are, also wsib orthopedics cases full range Musculo-skeletal assessment practitioner very knowledgeable and highly recommended to every who seek this ideal place soft billing experience I am under treatment both shoulders since 2023 uptill date I am happy to post on the board good luck and happy new ahead 2026 Happy holidays sessions

I have had my service with Zeal for upper shoulder pain and a neck hump and she was absolutely amazing! She understood what I was going through and was very welcoming at every appointment and went above and beyond to provide treatment and advice. She was patient with me explaining different things. Always received professionally from all the staff upon entering the building. Very clean inside. Everywhere. Including everything touched.
